It Is Getting Uglier

Here in bucolic Hot Springs, South Dakota the local veterinarian is also the editorial cartoonist for our little weekly newspaper, "The Hot Springs Star." The editor of the paper is also one of the chairpersons of the county Republican Party. Hot Springs is known as "The Veteran's Town." We have a small V.A. hospital here. I got a call from the VFW asking me to come over last night and sign a letter of protest addressed to the Star. As of yesterday it was signed by about 50 veterans. Stay tuned...
